Daniel Radcliffe, Joshua McGuire and David Haig spoke to WhatsOnStage about their upcoming project, Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.

The play returns to the Old Vic, after it made its London premiere at the theatre, in 1967. It's been 50 years since the show originally premiered in Edinburgh.

Radcliffe plays Rosencrantz, McGuire plays Guildenstern and Haig plays The Player. The piece follows Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, two friends, who are peripheral characters in Shakespeare's Hamlet, as they stumble in and out of the action of Hamlet.

The rest of the cast includes Louisa Beadel, William Chubb, Josie Dunn, Matthew Durkan, Tim van Eyken, Wil Johnson, Hermeilio Miguel Aquino, Luke Mullins, Theo Ogundipe, Marianne Oldham, Evlyne Oyedokun, Alex Sawyer and Helena Wilson.

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead opens on 7 March 2017 with previews from 25 February.
